Born in Zurich, educated in London and currently living in Yorkshire.
After extensive traveling, I found myself settling in London. Looking back, I have been very lucky to have quickly found my way in to the industry, working alongside many great photographers, giving me the chance to learn from the best. After a few years of assisting, I ventured out to develop my own photojournalistic approach shooting events in London and refined my portraiture by shooting upcoming talents from model agencies around the country. My interest in fine art has led me to do mentorships as well as further studies at Saint Martin's university in London.
Having spent over a decade within the photographic industry, I am delighted to have found a way to bring it all together - in making memories of one, very special day.
Style and Approach
Narrative
Most of your day I will be blending in to the background, unobtrusively capturing moments between people. You might not even notice I am there. In aid of a good shot I can be directive however, and set out the scene, for example capturing group or confetti shots.
Contemporary
Years in the creative industry, surrounded by visionary storytellers has shaped my approach. Although I keep up with trends in the industry, I believe a good picture is ultimately timeless - combining balanced tones, elegant composition, and an instinctive way of capturing true, unguarded emotion.
I am good at treading the fine line between being directive and leaving space for the magical moments to happen naturally between you. Capturing real emotions will unlock beautiful memories for years to come.
